January 12, 2021
We acknowledged the special loan arrangement and requested the first payment on January 14, 2021 because of border restrictions. I did not get any reply but I paid the 1st payment of 58K plus.

Please note the notification of the approval was on January 7, 2021 per the email trail but the payment schedule started in December 2020.
January 21, 2022
I emailed the above regarding the deduction on my BDO check account which is not part of the approved loan arrangement. I also made attempts to call his number but in vain.
The above person never replied after a series of follow-up and calls

Sometime in February or March 2021
I went to BDO branch in Urdaneta to deposit my payment.. The system declined my payment. The BDO staff concerned called the BDO branch concerned. I was informed somebody would call me.
Nobody called me after.
I called the support many times and followed up but just the same my call was flagged as urgent for appropriate action. And nobody bothered to call my number.
In one instance there was somebody who called about my case clarifying my issue. I told him I did not receive any response to my query on auto debited amount against my account and my supposed payment deposit was declined by the BDO system.. I was advised they would go back to me.
April 2021 onwards I randomly called the BDO support but just the same the support just logged my call as urgent and I was informed that a concerned staff would call me.
June 24, 2021 (up to this date I had been reaching out to BDO person concerned)
I tried to contact Ms Nolasco, the person in charge identified by the BDO Customer Support. I had tried calling her number many times and also sent an email but in vain.
Fast forward to October 19, 2022
A person in the name of Sam Kelvin went to DAR office and looked for my wife MAAN regarding the auto loan default..
I talked to him over the phone and I did what we talked about
- Request for account updating with maximum discount
What we talked about:
- I was informed that they could not locate our address at Tanqui San Fernando City La Union
- I told the guy that they have access to my email and even my phone numbers
Got a reply with the discounted rate of 1.2M from 1.7M . The document sent to me via email was not signed.
